Terms and Conditions

1. All prices listed above inclusive of gst.
2. All purchases for classes, clinics, seminars and grading are specifically for the person that they were purchased for and are NOT TRANSFERABLE.
3. No extra charge for yearly registration fees.
4. An Indemnity Form (waiver and consent) MUST be filled out and signed in person or electronically prior to any student attending a class.
5. ALL requests for refunds on classes incur a fixed $50 cancelation fee for any possible refund. This administrative cancellation fee is strictly non-refundable.
6. For any purchases where discounts are eligible, only one discount will apply unless otherwise indicated at time of purchase.
7. BMAA schools staff discount may be offered from time to time. This is for any staff from our class locations who wishes to train in adult classes.
8. BMAA parents/carers discount may be offered from time to time. This is for any parent/carer of a BMAA student who wishes to train in adult classes. The discount may only apply for up to one year of adult classes only.
9. Term Packs are charged on a per term basis, following State school term weeks. Price may vary for longer Terms. Term Packs are valid for a weekly class for that term only and expire at the end of that term.
10. Purchases of Junior single classes are valid for the term for which they are purchased only and expire at the end of the term.
11. Where a Junior timetabled class coincides with a Public Holiday or Student Free Day, the class will not take place and the Make-Up Class Policy applies.
12. Make-up Class Policy: Contact us if you’d like to arrange a make-up class. Make-up classes can be attended at alternative times/locations during the term for which the lesson was purchased. Junior students may attend a make-up class within the same term if unable to attend a regular class. So if your child is ill, has an appointment, is away, or simply can’t make their regular class, they may attend a make-up class within the same term. Junior classes are not held on Public Holidays/Student Free Days. If a class is not held or cancelled for any reason, no refunds apply, student may attend a make-up class within the same term. Any unused lessons expire at the end of the term for which they are purchased and are non-refundable.
13. Term Packs are designed to offer flexibility. Students can train or do a make-up class at any of our academy locations and benefit from learning under various instructors, train with different students and make new friends.
14. Late Collection Policy: If a child is not collected at the end of the class/activity, parents/carers will be contacted on the number/s provided. In instances where alternative arrangements are made, they must be communicated to us in writing. A late collection fee will be charged where a child is collected late from the class/activity in which they participated (grace period of 15 minutes, $30 for lateness for every 15 minute increment (or part thereof) thereafter). In the event a child has not being collected by 30 minutes after the last sequential class/activity at the venue, and there is no response from a parent/carer/authorised nominee/emergency contact, advice will be sought from the Police and an incident report completed. The child may need to be taken to a Police Station and reported to relevant Child Protection Agencies. We reserve the right to terminate the child’s enrolment where families are late to collect children multiple times in a calendar year.
15. Late/outstanding payments: If payments remain outstanding after 30 days, we reserve the right to terminate enrolment and the debt may be referred to a debt collection agency. Note that junior term classes are to be paid in advance. Please contact us if you are experiencing genuine financial hardship due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that students are only eligible for grading if all payments are up to date and there are no amounts overdue.
