Terms and Conditions
- All prices listed above inclusive of gst.
- All purchases for classes, clinics, seminars and grading are specifically for the person that they were purchased for and are NOT TRANSFERABLE.
- No extra charge for yearly registration fees.
- ALL requests for refunds on classes will incur a $50 cancelation fee.
- An Enrolment/Indemnity Form needs to be filled out and signed in person or electronically via the APP or website prior to any student attending a class.
- Term Packs are charged on a per term basis, following State school term weeks. Price may vary for longer Terms. Term Packs are valid for a weekly class for that term only.
- Junior students may attend make-up class within the same term if unable to attend a regular class. So if your child is ill, has an appointment, is away, or simply can’t make their regular class, they may attend a make-up class within the same term. If a class is cancelled for any reason, no refunds apply, student may attend a make-up class within the same term. Contact us if you’d like to arrange a make-up class at an alternative time/location.
- Term Packs are designed to offer flexibility. Students can train or do a make-up class at any of our academy locations and benefit from learning under various instructors, train with different students and make new friends.
