Terms and Conditions
- When using the BMAA App you can only process for one student at a time.
- All purchases of Class Packs, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Fees for tuition at BMAA or Annual Registration Fees are specifically for the person that they were purchased for and are NOT TRANSFERABLE.
- Class Passes can only be used for the school term that they have been purchased for and can NOT be carried over to the next term. If you miss your regular lesson for whatever reason you can call 0431 442 025 between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday to book a makeup lesson at any of our locations. See www.bmaa.biz for locations and times.
- ALL requests for refunds will unit a $50 cancelation fee.
- The Indemnity Form needs to be filled out and signed in person or electronically via the APP or website prior to any student attending a class.
- CHARGE BACK FEES: Please note “EZIDEBT” will appear on your transaction list when you make a payment.
When a Credit Card transaction is questioned and or refused by the student/parent this is a substantial fee if $44 charged to our account for the subsequent reversal and associated administration charge. If the transaction is a legitimate transaction then the student/parent will be responsible for reimbursing us for the $44 fee.
So please think twice before you dispute a transaction.
